Lucys work ethic and positive attitude is in infectious, resulting in high levels of team moral.
Head Chef
Scott Guyatt
Scott worked his way from the bottom to the top under Jordan's guidance, after joining Vercelli 6 years ago. He gained promotion to Head Chef in January 2020, only a few months before the pandemic started, meaning it has added plenty of extra obstacles for him to overcome on his journey running the kitchen. However, Scott takes great pride in his role and always makes sure he's first in and last out of the kitchen.

Sous Chef
Lewis Twizel
Similar to Scott, lewis has worked his way up the ladder in Vercelli. He started as a kitchen porter while still at school and now works very closely with Jordan & Scott to maintain our high quality food. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lewis and you rarely see the stress and pressure of hospitality effect him.
